Mapping and Listing of Households and Communities for the KJADE Survey

Project overview
As part of the KJADE study, IFPRI required a robust household mapping and listing and sampling frame for the planned baseline survey.
SAFE Africa's role
SAFE Africa planned and managed the listing exercise, recruited and trained enumerators, designed and scripted the listing tool in CAPI, secured national and local authorizations, coordinated fieldwork, and cleaned and delivered the final datasets in usable formats.
Scale and results
SAFE Africa listed households in 380 villages across the four study counties, providing a reliable sampling frame for the subsequent baseline evaluation.
